This was our first cold plunge. We decided to go with the wide so both my wife and I could encourage and use together (hold each other accountable). I like how modular and easy to access everything is. Very easy to maintain or if anything should fail, easily swap out. Performance has been great so far. We have smaller children, so we bought a keyed lock to keep out littles - I’d highly recommend if similarly situated (for safety). Plunges have been awesome, feel great!

I have used this thing every day since I got it hooked up. It’s easy to use, comfortable to sit in even for a guy with really broad shoulders like me. So far I’d say it’s a great product and a good value.

Setup was simple and took no time. The cold plunge chilled down to temperature very fast and holds there perfectly. I am 6' tall and have plenty of room to fit. Customer service was also extremely fast and accommodating with all questions. I would highly recommend!
