Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping Your Dynamic Cold Therapy Chiller will ship from our warehouse within 2 business days of order confirmation. Free shipping is available on orders over $3,000. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves the warehouse. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery day and time within a 4-hour window. Delivery includes curbside drop-off to ground level front or back door, garage, or apartment building lobby. Please inform us of any delivery considerations such as remote locations, long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, or stairs prior to shipping.

Returns All returned goods must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from Plunge Warehouse. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the product is in new, unused condition and in original packaging. All returns are subject to:

• 20% handling and restocking fee
• All shipping costs to and from the seller
• Storage fees and routing costs
• RMA number required (failure to obtain RMA may result in refused shipment)

Products that are opened, built, or out of original packaging are subject to different restocking fees based on timing. Delivery fees are non-refundable on delivered products.

Warranty Dynamic Cold Therapy warrants that the Cold Plunge Chiller is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original sale date. Dynamic Cold Therapy will, at their discretion, repair or replace parts that become defective within the warranty period. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Lifetime product support is included with your purchase.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by using the chiller in freezing temperatures at or below 32°F
• Damage or corrosion from improper water chemistry maintenance or failure to regularly change water
• Damage during transport or delivery
• Damage from neglecting proper maintenance including filter replacement
• Misuse or abuse of the equipment
• Failure to maintain proper water levels

Dynamic Cold Therapy reserves the right to examine any part where replacement is claimed under warranty. The product must be returned to the place of purchase in original packaging with transportation, insurance, and associated charges paid by the purchaser.
