After searching the market for the perfect cold plunge, we started with a basic plastic tub and a few bags of ice. The results were incredible—boosted energy, improved mood, and faster recovery—but the cost of buying $150 worth of ice every few days wasn’t sustainable. Even sessions at local wellness centers didn’t match the excitement of a vertical-style plunge, but those options lacked proper insulation and clean water filtration.

That’s when the question hit us: What’s the best way to keep water cold and clean without constant ice? The answer came from something we already used daily—our insulated tumbler mugs. Policies & Customer Protection

Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your plunge to request a return. Returns require:

• 10% restocking fee

• Customer covers return shipping

• Unit must be in original, working condition (partial refunds at The Cold Life’s discretion)

Keep original packaging & pallet—replacement is costly. Upon delivery, inspect your plunge before signing. If damaged, note it with the driver and email help@thecoldlife.com within 24 hours.

Order Cancellations:

• Within 14 days: 4% cancellation fee

• After 14 days: 10% cancellation fee

Shipping & Delivery

• Average processing & delivery: 30–35 days (subject to demand & carrier timelines)

• Continental U.S. delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment

• Freight company will schedule a delivery time; an adult must be present

• Delivery includes drop-off at the first available floor—customer is responsible for setup

Limited Warranty

• 1-Year Warranty covers defects in workmanship & materials for the plunge and chiller

• Excludes damage from misuse, poor water chemistry, freezing, power outages, or non-genuine parts

• Water filter not covered (customer responsibility to replace)

• Warranty void if product is altered, neglected, or improperly maintained

• Some cosmetic blemishes are normal due to hand-made construction
