This far infrared, fir sauna has 3 heaters that are hi-tech of super conductive and ultra-thin low EMF carbon fiber heating element. Levels of EMF range from 0-5mg (milligauss) directly touching the panels which is not recommended, but where the user will sit the levels never go beyond 1mg. The surface temperature on the heat panels ranges from 170-200+ degrees Fahrenheit with increments of 9 degrees. While the air inside the sauna will reach up to 140+ degrees, giving you plenty of heat. The time settings range from 5-45 minutes with increments up or down of 5 minutes. Included is an RGB LED light that has 6 different colors and 12 different mode you can select from to create a more serene environment.
