Shipping Details: Ships fully assembled at 232 lbs. Curbside delivery included with shipping fees. Customer responsible for moving unit to final installation location.

Returns: 30-day return policy from delivery date. Product must be in unused condition with original packaging. Return authorization required before shipping product back. Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product arrives damaged or defective. Restocking fees may apply. Due to size and custom nature of cold plunge units, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty: All Wide Grizzly 450 units include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options available at time of purchase for additional 1 or 2 years. Warranty covers chiller system, pump, filtration components, and tub integrity. Normal wear items such as filters are excluded. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to original purchaser.
