Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping:
Free shipping to the continental United States. The Blast ships fully assembled and is delivered curbside. White glove delivery with in-home placement is available for an additional fee. Typical delivery timeframe is 2-4 weeks from order date, though timing may vary by location.

Returns:
30-day return policy from delivery date. The product must be in unused condition with original packaging. A return authorization number is required before returning any product. Restocking fees may apply. Due to the size and weight of the unit, customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Warranty:
All Blast units include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options available at purchase: 3-year warranty (+$370) or 4-year warranty (+$660). Warranty covers chiller, circulation system, filtration components, and structural integrity. Normal wear items such as filter cartridges are excluded. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Commercial use voids the residential warranty.
