Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping Free shipping is included on all Revive chiller orders to the contiguous United States. Your chiller will be carefully packaged and shipped via freight carrier. You will receive tracking information and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Optional white glove delivery service is available for $400. This premium service includes inside delivery, unpacking, placement in your desired location, and removal of all packaging materials.

Standard freight delivery includes curbside drop-off. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that you have adequate space and assistance to move the chiller to its final location.

Returns Revive Plunge offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact Plunge Warehouse to discuss the return process and any applicable fees.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply. We recommend carefully reviewing all product specifications and asking any questions before purchase to ensure the chiller model is the right fit for your needs and tub capacity.

Warranty Revive Plunge stands behind the quality of its products and offers a one-year manufacturer warranty on all chiller components. This warranty protects against any defects or failures of components or materials that occur during normal residential and commercial use.

To make a warranty claim within the one-year warranty period, contact Plunge Warehouse or Revive Plunge directly at sales@reviveplunge.com. The team will work with you to diagnose the issue and provide the appropriate solution. If repair or replacement is necessary, instructions will be provided on how to proceed.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or abuse

• Damage from operating in freezing temperatures without proper precautions
• Failure to maintain proper water chemistry or clean filters regularly
• Use with incompatible tubs or systems
• Normal wear and tear

Extended Warranty Options: Extended warranty coverage is available through SureBright for 2 or 3 years beyond the standard one-year warranty. Extended warranties provide the same comprehensive coverage, protecting against defects and failures during normal use. Claims during the extended warranty period can be filed directly through SureBright's website.
