Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping: All Dynamic Cold Therapy Barrel Cold Plunges ship within 2 business days from our warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Due to the size and weight of these products, freight shipping is used for delivery.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $3,000
• Delivery Method: Freight shipping to 48 contiguous states
• Delivery Coordination: The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery window
• Delivery Service: Curbside or driveway delivery included
• Typical Delivery Time: Varies by location; carrier will provide estimated delivery date

Returns: All returns must be pre-approved and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back to us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

• Products must be in new and unused condition

• Pre-approval with RMA number required before return
• Customer assumes all risk of loss during return shipping

Return Fees:

• 20% restocking fee applies to all returned cold plunge products

Warranty: The Dynamic Cold Therapy Barrel Cold Plunge Collection comes with a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage:

• All components covered for 1 year from delivery date
• Manufacturer will repair or replace defective parts at their discretion
• Original proof of purchase must be registered with Dynamic Cold Therapy
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by improper water chemistry or failure to maintain water quality
• Damage during shipping or transport
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from freezing temperatures (below 32°F)
• Labor costs associated with warranty claims
• Damage from neglecting proper maintenance procedures
